No, it is not the name of a Walton from Walton's Mountain, nor is it a new type of dance. It is a wonderful Korean dish that Euitag made for us and taught us to make. Lacie turned her nose up and Paul loved every bite I gave him. He is Korean after all! Check it out and forgive the music - I could not find anything that fitted with food.
HOPE!
I have not traditionally put anything about politics on my blog - I have tried to keep it about my family only - but this involves my family. I have hope again about our future. In short - Sarah Palin is a mom to a special needs baby. She is an amazing person and that is definitely NOT the only reason I like her, but it stood out to me. John McCain and his wife are very family oriented and they adopted a special needs baby (now a beautiful grown up) internationally. All I can say is that I feel there is hope for my kids future and as Sarah Palin said - there would be a friend in the White House. And even if they do not make it all the way to the White House - I feel confident that there are still people out there who I can trust. God Bless America!
Last but not least - Lacie funny: Yesterday Lacie was touching some of Euitag's things while he was doing his homework. I asked her not to touch his things. A few minutes later I found her sitting on the end of her bed and I asked her what she was doing and she said, "I am pouting!" OK! Well, at least she is honest!
Have a great weekend!
