Lacie's prayer

We celebrated Paul's first birthday AND his Korean Tol celebration this past Sunday and I thought my next entry would be about that - but I am trying to get photos prepared to post so it will be a few more days. However, Lacie said a beautiful prayer this evening and I thought I would go ahead and share - as best as I can re-tell

"Dear Jesus,
we love you and praise you and thank you for all the love. (the beginning of all my prayers, but I say, "all your love.")

Then she prayed:
"I thank you for my mommy and bless her because she is so happy and proud because I poo poo'd on the potty tonight. Please bless me and Paul and keep him well. (Paul was just sick again.) Bless daddy and all my family and keep us safe. I love my family. "

Then she said, "what is next?" holding back proud and thankful tears I said, "In Jesus Name" and then she said, "Amen."

I told her what a beautiful prayer that was. And I am proud for many more reasons than just her going poo poo in the potty!
